About Us
Voices of the Vale Young Performers was launched as a small children's choir in May 2016 by Amelia Elce. The aim was to create a way to encourage local children to put down their devices, make new friends, learn new skills and to build a love of music and performing.
During the 12 month closure caused by the Covid19 pandemic, Amelia began working on plans to grow Voices of the Vale and in May 2021 we began the transition from 'little village choir' to the huge Performing Arts School we are today, offering 14 subjects across 26 classes a week, IDTA and ABRSM examinations, Teacher Training Programmes, Progression Routes and Performance Opportunities.
